Monday 5th April: walk, 1 hr 50 mins (Bromley)
Tuesday 6th April: 1.5 mile run, 18 mins, 12 mins/mile
Friday 9th April: 1.86 mile run, 27 mins, 14.5 mins/mile
Wednesday 14th April: walk, 6 hrs (London), yoga, 30 mins (Wii Fit Plus)
Sunday 18th April: yoga, 36 mins (Wii Fit Plus)
Sunday 25th April: yoga, 36 mins (Wii Fit Plus)
Monday 3rd May: 5 factor workout (using Charlie Brooks DVD sections 1, 4 & 5), 48 mins
Monday 7th June: 1.5 mile run, 15ish mins?, 10ish mins/mile?
Tuesday 8th June: intense housework, 2 hrs 15 mins
Friday 11th June: 2 mile run (PDB), 22:11 mins, 11:06 mins/mile
Monday 14th June: yoga for runners video & yoga for relaxation video, 15 mins (online)
Friday 18th June: 2 mile run , 22:03 mins, 11:02 mins/mile
Tuesday 22nd June: 3 mile run (PDB), 42:04 mins, 14:01 mins/mile & yoga for runners video – v. v. hot
Friday 2nd July: 4-5 miles walking (in two parts), jogged about 1 mile of it
Saturday 10th July: 2.75 mile run, 24 mins, 8:44 mins/mile (PB) – v. hot & v. steep hill
Sunday 11th July: 1 hour trampolining
Monday 12th July: 1.3 mile run, 13 mins, 10 mins/mile & 15 mins yoga – so exhausted, needed a week’s rest
Friday 31st July: badminton, table tennis and football (2 hours?)
